From high-protein diets to aesthetic girl dinners, from snack plates to fibre maxxing, every now and then a new food trend pops up. And honestly: we’ve all fallen for it at some point. Fitfluencers can make it very tempting to believe your life is only truly “on track” if you follow a specific diet. But try sticking to that in a busy student life, while that chocolate bar is calling your name. What’s actually realistic, and how do you find balance?
Together with student chefs – who not only know their way around the kitchen, but also engage with food and nutrition in and beyond their studies – we dive into the world of food and health. Each of them brings their own perspective, and their own favourite recipes: from easy and affordable meals to dishes (or drinks and desserts) that simply look amazing. Because healthy and tasty don’t have to be opposites.
You’ll get hands-on in the kitchen, and while you’re cooking together, the conversation naturally unfolds. No influencer talk, just honest conversations and practical insights you can actually use. Because what does “healthy” really mean? Do you have to eat healthy all the time? And what ultimately matters more: what’s on your plate, or your relationship with food?
What we’ll be cooking (and with whom) will remain a surprise for now. But one thing’s for sure: you’ll leave with a full stomach and a good feeling.
