Stroll around our festival grounds and let yourself be entertained by upbeat tunes and creative workshops. Find a surprising book or score a festival outfit at Green Office HU’s second-hand market. Get drawn by Geraphic Studio’s caricature artist or get to work yourself with paint and paper. Go home with a personal poem written for you by Liedfs or settle down on a beanbag and get stuffed on ice cream and other delicious comfort foods.

16:00 - 16:45 Radio Trapani
Radio Trapani is the alter ego of Dario Trapani. He is an Amsterdam-based producer, guitarist and singer songwriter who was born and raised in Italy. After a decade spent looking into jazz and improvised music, he started singing, writing and recording pop songs and switched his career’s focus towards being an indie artist. His sound is informed by artists like Mac DeMarco, Porches, Dirty Projectors, UMO, Frank Ocean and Andy Shauf. Here he will be presenting a brand new minimalistic version of his album. An acoustic set for classical guitar, bass and vocals, together with his musical partner Alessandro Mazzieri.

17:00 - 17:45 Talks Make Do
Dutch band Talks Make Do portrays a certain discomfort with modern society. Their music shows no trace of melancholy though. With their enticing tunes they leave you feeling optimistic and unable to keep still. The release of their tracks ‘ Ripples’ and ‘ Room For Love’ have drawn the attention of radio stations in the Netherlands and beyond. Their music style is reminiscent of bands like The Smiths and The Style Council.
Spectaculair final performance

Be surprised by an intriguing physical performance to close off the evening. It really hurts when your head hits the concrete by DeRonde/Deroo embodies in a humorous and poetic way how we all carry our past with us. With their synchronised acrobatic movements, the performers immerse the viewer in an absurd surreal world with its own rules. Sometimes scary, sometimes funny…
Accessibility
This event will take place in the Botanic Gardens, some area’s will be harder to access with a wheelchair because they are on the grass. The programme is for both Dutch-speaking and international students, the primary language will be English. All food will be vegetarian.
